A Message to our Feather Pendants Family Worldwide Regarding COVID-19
At Feather Pendants the safety of our community, friends and family remains of utmost importance. Due to this we have temporarily closed our Hatton Garden showroom and studio until further notice. 
We prioritise the safety of our staff at all times and so we have implemented a work from home policy. Our staff will be able to assist you with any help using the customer service emails below. 
Returns and Shipping
Our returns policy states 14 days upon receiving an item however we understand the difficulty in posting items back to us during these times so for this reason we are now accepting returns from 30 days of the date of delivery. 
We are working around the clock to make sure that your order is dispatched within 1 week of ordering we apologise for any delays in receiving your order. We will notify you via email as soon as your order has dispatched.
