We hope that our size guide gives you the perfect fitting ring however if your ring does not fit correctly you are eligible for a refund. You can send it back within 14 days of receiving it to the address below and re order your ring for the correct size after receiving a refund. Please send the shipment back via an insured and tracked postal service as if it is lost upon arrival we cannot be held responsible. For UK returns we advise Royal Mail Tracked services. Any items shipped with the ring / necklace such as a bag, any tags or any gifts should also be returned. We cannot return shipping costs, only the cost of the product. We also cannot refund any amount paid in customs fees so please mark as a gift / return.

We will process your return within a few days of receiving it. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping costs.
