Shipping details below

Please allow a few days to process your order especially during busy periods as we may have a queue for some orders. All year we work around the clock to process every order as fast as possible.

UK

We are based in London, UK, and all orders are shipped out using Royal Mail's First Class Service. Items normally ship out after a few working days of placing your order. Orders will take 1 working day to arrive after shipment. Please sign up to the Facebook messenger updates to be notified when we ship.

EU

For most of Europe shipping will take 5-7 working days and there will be no customs charges. We will ship the item after a few days of receiving an order and from there it will take 5-7 working days to reach the destination country.  

USA, Canada, Australia (everywhere else)

For the rest of the world shipping will take 7-10 working days and there will be no customs charges. We will ship the item after a few days of receiving an order and from there it will take 7-10 working days to reach the destination country. If an order appears to not have arrived after 20 days of receiving a shipment confirmation email please contact us and we will refund you / explain why it was delayed.

TRACKING

Tracking numbers should update a few days after your order has shipped as we upload them individually for each customer. Note, you only have this option if you paid for the Tracked Shipping Option at checkout.

Please note: Due to COVID-19 you may experience a few delays in receiving your parcel. Please have a read of our response to COVID19 for more details.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivered status.

  • If you would like to return your item you may do so for store credit to purchase an alternative piece or a different size
  • We cannot refund any amount paid in customs fees so please mark as a gift /return.
  • All returns must be shipped with full packaging.
  • We advise that all returns should be shipped via an insured, tracked postal service as we can not be held accountable for items lost in transit.
  • All refunds will be issued upon arrival of the returned product and may take 2-3 days to be paid into your account.
  • We will not refund shipping costs.
  • Items in our SALE are non refundable.
